Return & Replacement policy
Return of the product is only done in given circumstances:
1. Product is broken in transit, with a video proof of opening of package.
2. If the product received is not what shown in the picture.
3.No personal liking preference Or Interest will be entertained for return. Therefore return by choice won’t be possible.
4. No customised palette can be returned as it’s personally made for you. ( Return / replacement possible only if it’s broken and video proof is available)
Replacement
Replacement is done under same circumstances as Return.
Any replacement product after approval will take 3-5 working days to pickup and dispatch.
Refund
Amount of the product returned will be refunded within 2-3 working days.
no shipping charges will be refunded
